Precious Community Care Ltd is led by a team of qualified, competent, skilled and experienced staff who have been in the front line of social care with over 25 years of experience combined. A company, created by carers/and managers who are caring, dedicated, compassionate and friendly, and only like-minded personnel have been invited to join the team. We are committed to delivering quality care that would reassure those who are disadvantaged by poor physical or mental health or by advanced age. We are registered and regulated by the Care Quality Commission and are proud to be contracted by Leicester City Council and the Integrated Care Board (ICB). We also provide Direct Payment and Private care.
We provide home care services, supporting care users with day-to-day tasks that through incapacity or illness can no longer be performed safely or independently. Our approach to care delivery is personalised and PC Care is committed to the best quality care and support. Our services include personal care, undertaking of domestic tasks, rehabilitation, social support and all activities of daily living. Our aim is to enable greater independence, while always taking into account the individual’s needs and wishes.
We believe everyone should be able to maximise their quality of life and do so from the comfortable surroundings of their own home, should they wish. PC Care provides this service at any time of the day or night (24hour/7). These services are provided across Leicester and Leicestershire and its environs, recruiting to local regulation and guideline standards. We encourage loyalty from our healthcare workers by good hourly pay rates, plus other benefits such as travel and bonuses, in recognition of the level of flexibility and commitment needed to work for Precious Community Care.
