Supported Living
Supported living services can help if you do not want to live in residential care but you’re finding it difficult to cope at home. Supported living is about having your place to live, with the support you need.
Domiciliary Care
Empowering Comfort and Happiness Through Compassionate Care
Our home care service is very flexible. PC Care can provide support for only an hour a week or several hours a day and we can even provide a live-in carer. It all depends on your needs.
We are a 24-hour care service helping people with reduced ability to care for themselves, enabling them to continue living in the comfort of their own homes.
This support service could vary from a few hours a day to 24-hour support for people with complex needs. So, it all depends on the individual needs. Some of those living in their own home share support, while others have individual support.
Supporting families with personalized care plans and expert guidance for every step of their journey.

We can be of assistance
With supported living, people have greater choice over many aspects of their lives – like being independent with their own front door key, being able to live on their own or with friends, choosing to rent a home or own their own home, choosing where they live and who supports them.

Supported living enables you to live an ordinary life and contribute to your community. As mentioned, the support we offer is based on an assessment of a person's needs, and can include: • Personal care • Shopping • Meal planning, preparation and cooking • Medication management • Domestic tasks - vacuuming, cleaning and laundry.

• Budgeting and finances • Paying bills/correspondences • Arranging and attending medical appointments • Maximising benefits • Support to access wider opportunities within the community • Support with leisure activities • Gaining employment/voluntary work • Education
— OUR MISSION
One-to-one support can be provided to enable service users to build their skills for independent living. Developing skills. Helping people to feel part of the community. Supported living services are flexible and sometimes better value for money than the alternatives, whether you fund your care or receive state benefits.
